Supervision is more than discussing cases. It’s a space to pause, reflect, reconnect with your values and thoughtfully explore the work you do with others.
Whether you’re an emerging practitioner finding your feet or an experienced professional looking for fresh perspective, supervision offers dedicated time to celebrate what’s working, navigate challenges, deepen self-awareness and continue growing in your practice.
My approach is collaborative, curious and relational. Together we’ll explore both the practical and personal aspects of your work, supporting your confidence, professional identity and capacity to care for others while caring for yourself.
My supervision draws from creative arts therapy, counselling, psychology, education and reflective practice. Sessions are grounded in evidence-informed approaches while remaining flexible to your unique learning style and professional context.
When appropriate, we may incorporate creative and experiential processes alongside conversation to support deeper reflection, insight and embodied learning. Creativity isn’t required, but it is always welcome.
I believe supervision should be a space where you feel supported, challenged and encouraged to remain curious about both your work and yourself.
Every supervision relationship is different, but you can expect a space that values:
Curiosity over judgement
Reflection before reaction
Compassion alongside accountability
Evidence-informed and creative practice
Warmth, honesty and authenticity
Sustainable growth over perfection
